PE Wax is a non-toxic, odorless, and non corrosive chemical material. Its color is white microbeads/flakes, with high melting point, hardness, glossiness, and snow-white color. It also has outstanding chemical stability, excellent temperature resistance, drug resistance, and electrical properties at room temperature. It is widely used as a material for chlorinated polyethylene, a modifier for plastics, a coating agent for textiles, and an additive for improving the viscosity of crude oil and fuel oil.
Application of Polyethylene Wax
1. Dark masterbatch and filling masterbatch: Used as dispersants in the processing of masterbatch, widely used in polyolefin masterbatch. It has good compatibility with resins such as PE, PVC, PP, and has excellent external and internal lubrication effects;
2. Pipes, composite stabilizers, and profiles: Used as dispersants, lubricants, and brighteners in PVC, pipes, composite stabilizers, PVC profiles, fittings, PP, and PE molding processes to enhance plasticization, improve the toughness and surface smoothness of plastic products, and widely used in the production of PVC composite stabilizers;
3. Ink: As a carrier of pigments, it can improve the wear resistance of paints and inks, improve the dispersion of pigments and fillers, have good anti settling effect, and can be used as a leveling agent for paints and inks, giving products a good gloss and three-dimensional sense;
4. Wax products: widely used in various wax products such as floor wax, car wax, polishing wax, candles, etc., to improve the softening point of wax products, increase their strength and surface glossiness.
5. Cable material: Used as a lubricant for cable insulation materials, it can enhance the diffusion of fillers, increase the extrusion molding rate, increase the mold flow rate, and facilitate demolding;
6. Hot melt products: used as dispersants for various hot melt adhesives, thermosetting powder coatings, road sign paints, etc., with good anti settling effect and giving the products a shiny and three-dimensional appearance;
7. Rubber: As a processing aid for rubber, it can enhance the diffusion of fillers, increase the extrusion molding rate, increase the mold flow rate, facilitate demolding, and improve the surface brightness and smoothness of the product after demolding;
8. Cosmetics: give products a shiny and three-dimensional appearance;
9. Injection molding: Enhance the surface gloss of the product.
10. Powder coating: used for powder coating, can produce patterns and extinction, and can also resist scratches, wear, polishing, etc; Can improve the dispersibility of pigments.
